Heritage Steel 8.5 Inch Fry Pan

We use a special grade of titanium strengthened stainless steel for our cookware’s cooking surface. The addition of molybdenum and titanium to the stainless steel alloy makes it 5-10 times more resistant to metal leaching compared to the typical 304 (18/10) cooking surface.
