DIA Cross knives by Kasumi, an all-stainless steel knife series with a seamless blade and handle, are manufactured in Seki City Japan.  The blade is made from the finest molybednum vanadium steel.  The handle is made from 18-8 stainless and specially textured to reduce the coldness that is characteristic of stainless steel when gripped, while also having a non-slip feature. The cutting edge of the utility knife is carefully finished by a skilled craftsman, so you can enjoy a higher level of sharpness.  Hand wash only after each use.
